Perfect gym and athleisure shorts. Super comfortable, materials is stretchy and fits well. The 7 inch is great for winter, come down to just above the knee. The 5 is better for summer and is a little higher up the quad. The two back pockets are so practical. The bigger back pocket fits a phone great and keep it out the way
