Love my new hoodie, material is nice and thick and really warm. Great for these colder winter nights. Only strange thing is the sizing, when i went to shop to try on the sales assistant mentioned that you should buy a size down. I usually wear large, and my purchase is M and fits perfectly. Why is this?, why not just make the size is should be? I'm sure people will be caught off-guard buying on-line. I also bought an extra small t-shirt for my son and its massive (even too big for myself) Also, I couldn't buy the Indigo Box hoodie from the store directly only on-line, again why wouldn't you have all stock available. Sales staff were not very helpful. I love my hoodie and would buy further products but not sure about your company sales strategy and sizing policy....
